Personally, I believe there's a lot of work that needs to be done around the use and impact of that signage in and around waterways, designing signage that has meaning to people of various cultures is one aspect. The other challenge is to ensure that people notice and that people learn from it, and if people change their behaviour as a result. That's an area that I think warrants some further work.
