For example, people sign to say they did an in-depth check on a certain piece of equipment or carried out maintenance work on it but only because they\u2019re supposed to have done it and are pressurized to show that it\u2019s done. However, everyone knows they didn\u2019t, but they\u2019ll lose their job if they don\u2019t sign and say it was done.
